Eyami Edit is a creator-led shopping platform. Creators put together curated collections of products they love, and shoppers browse those collections and follow the creators whose taste they trust.

No. When you click a product, you're taken to the retailer's own website to buy it. Your purchase is with that retailer, who is responsible for the product, delivery, returns and refunds.

Yes. Browsing is free for shoppers, and creator access is free during our current pilot.

Apply as a creator. We review every application, and once you're approved you can set up your profile and start building collections.

Collections are the curated edits your audience sees on your shop page, like "Summer Essentials". My Products are products you add yourself, for anything you want to recommend that isn't in the Eyami Edit catalog yet. Products on their own aren't shown anywhere. Add them to a collection to share them.

Public collections appear on your shop page, and your followers are notified. Switch it off to keep a collection as a private draft.

Featured pins one collection to the top of your shop page with a "Featured" badge. You can feature one collection at a time.

Your profile appears on the browse page once your account is approved and you have at least one public collection. It also won't appear if you've chosen to hide your profile.

Yes. Tick Hide my profile in your profile settings on your dashboard. While hidden, you won't appear on the browse page, and your shop page and collections can't be viewed or followed by anyone else. Untick it whenever you're ready to go public again.

Not during the current pilot. If paid features or commissions are introduced, we'll explain the terms before they apply.

Connect your Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account from your dashboard and set keyword rules. When a follower comments a keyword on your post, Eyami Edit can reply publicly, send a private message, or both. You can disconnect Instagram at any time.

No, you can browse without one. A free account lets you follow creators and get notified when they publish new collections.

Please contact the retailer you bought from. They handle orders, delivery, returns and refunds.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and we'll email you a link to choose a new one.
