This disclaimer applies to the Eyami Edit website, creator profiles, collections, product information, external links, automated messaging features and related services.

1. Platform role

Eyami Edit enables approved creators to organise and share third-party product links. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Eyami Edit does not manufacture, stock, sell, supply or deliver the linked products.

2. Product and retailer information

Product names, images, descriptions, prices, discounts, availability and links may be supplied by creators, retailers or other third parties and may change without notice. Eyami Edit does not guarantee that this third-party information is complete, current or error-free.

Users should verify product, price, delivery, return and warranty information with the retailer. Purchases and related disputes are between the customer and retailer.

3. Creator content and recommendations

Creators are responsible for their content, selections, opinions and disclosures. Inclusion in a collection does not mean Eyami Edit has tested, endorsed or guaranteed a product.

4. Affiliate and commercial relationships

During the current free pilot, Eyami Edit does not pay creators commission through the platform. If affiliate links, paid placements or brand partnerships are introduced, applicable relationships must be disclosed and may be governed by additional terms.

5. External links

Eyami Edit does not control external websites' content, security, availability, privacy practices or terms. Users follow external links at their discretion.

6. Instagram automation

Automated replies and private messages depend on Meta or Instagram systems and permissions. Messages may be delayed, blocked, duplicated or not delivered. Creators remain responsible for their settings, wording and links.

7. Analytics

Click and engagement figures are estimates, not audited results. Eyami Edit does not guarantee sales, income, reach or campaign performance.

8. Limitation

The website and service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Eyami Edit is not responsible for loss arising solely from third-party content, unavailable products or interrupted third-party services. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
